Organisational Development Focus - Global Role - Senior Management Position
Reporting directly to the Global Director, based in Hong Kong, this exciting position will work closely with the senior executive team to build up the organisation's people capability across their global operations. Specific emphasis will be placed on the management and leadership development framework, coaching, succession and talent planning and organisational design. You will also focus on managing manpower planning, resourcing and retention as well as carrying out compensation and benefits advisory and performance management work. A strong Human Resources operations team will support this position. Some travel will be required.
You will be a senior HR professional with a strong Organisational Development bias to your background. Previous international exposure is a strong advantage. Particular expertise in coaching, management and leadership development, as well as organisational design is also important. You will demonstrate a strong consultative and strategic approach and have previous experience working closely with the top level of management.
