Organisational Psychologist – Global Consulting Firm

Our client is a large US Human Resources consulting firm with an excellent reputation globally. Due to recent growth, a great opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Consultant to join their Human Capital practice, with a focus on Talent Project Management.

Reporting to the Business Partner of Human Capital, you will work closely with large multinational corporations, banking institutions, and government bodies in developing and implementing HR strategy, talent management, and rewards management. You will be encouraged to develop business opportunities and proposals, as well as effectively manage and grow existing client relationships in HK and Greater China. You will play a key role in facilitating Assessment Centres and Development Centres, and frequent travel to Shanghai is required.
The successful candidate must be a registered Organisational Psychologist who has experience in facilitating Assessment Centres and to large groups of people. Fluency (written and verbal) in English is essential while Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable. You must be willing to sell to clients. In addition, you will have strong IT skills (excel, powerpoint, word), and a proven track record of building and maintaining solid working relationships.

The role will also act as close adviser to the European CEO.

The HRD will need to have a very commercial approach and a good business mind - and be able to contribute to the wider business agenda - and ideally will have some exposure to working in the business, as opposed to pure HR.

Solid experience of HR in different European countries is key.
